Tuff one to hear, but the feel of the song cuts thru nicely. You guys sound and play very well together. Anna really delivers on the vocal. Nice guitar work. Bass is drivin and melodic.. great beats from your drummer...
damn coool arrangment. I'd love to hear this in a better recording.

Doesn't it piss you off when you are pouring your heart out into a song, and that dude sitting up front can't shut the F_ck up?

I love the drama/borderline melodrama of this. It’s the perfect vehicle for the lead vocal. A touch of Grace Slick, Susan Marshall, the gal who sings with Delbert McLinton whose name escapes me at the moment, maybe even a bit of Siouxsie Sioux...spread over a tasty bed of high drama ala the Bad Seeds or a slicker Tom Waits.
The end cracked me up. This superfine performance clangs to a halt; there’s the customary, “Thank you!”, and all the while, the crowd noise barely changes. Classic!
